Simple sequence repeat markers for species in the Fusarium oxysporum complex

AbstractWe describe nine simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers developed for studying Fusarium oxysporum. Allelic diversity at the nine loci ranged from 0.003 to 0.895, with a total of 71 alleles among 64 isolates. These markers will facilitate studies on relationships amongst isolates of F. oxysporum.
