During my Masters degree I am investigating the effect that heat stress has on style and stigmatic tissue at various levels. I am using bioinformatics techniques in my first experimental chapter to investigate the change in expression as a response to heat stress. The following experimental chapter will consist of a field trail and will continue to build upon the previous chapter.
