MSc student
Since a young age, I have been fascinated by genetics and how this universal code for life shapes and changes the living world around us. I obtained my BSc (Hons) degree in Genetics from the University of Pretoria with distinction in 2021.
My MSc. research focuses on elucidating the circadian rhythm in the fungal genus Chrysoporthe. This research will lay the groundwork for further studies into how these rhythms may influence pathogen development and virulence in their Eucalyptus hosts.
